SWEET: Boy on a Mission Comes to St. Augustine

June 29, 2017

In August of last year, Tyler Carach started a program with the help of his mother to show appreciation for law enforcement officers. Tyler took his show on the road late last year with a mission of thanking every cop possible with his campaign 'I DONUT need a reason to THANK a cop.’

With his own super hero cape on, Tyler made a stop in St. Augustine handing out smiles and donuts, and taking pictures with members of the St. Augustine Police Department, St. Augustine Beach Police Department, St. Johns County Sheriff's Office, Florida Highway Patrol and the Department of Homeland Security.

Pictured below is Assistant Chief Anthony Cuthbert presenting Tyler with a Challenge coin and patches for a job well done and Commander Patrick McCaulley.
