EXEMPT: Scott's Private Beach Bill Does Not Apply to St. Johns County

Counties with ordinances protecting public beach access, passed before 2016 are exempt from Scott's new rules, and thanks to the 2007 Beach Code, St. Johns County does not apply regarding our local beaches.
