A St. Augustine woman was arrested after lighting a fire in a St. Johns County Courthouse bathroom on Wednesday.
Reports indicate that Alizabeth Partain, 36, entered a bathroom and left a short time later. Not long after she left, a maintenance worker spotted the fire, and bailiffs extinguished it.
They noticed she had set fire to toilet paper rolls in one of the stalls.
Partain was charged with first degree arson in a dwelling or building with people present, and is being held on $50,000 bond.
